Refund Policy


1. Our Promise
WebMSys® and its staff shall always endeavor to work direct with our client to determine an appropriate solution to any problem that may arise in relations to the client's maintenance and streaming services (See our SMA).

However, if no other reasonable solution can be found and/or all resources to resolve the problem have been exhausted and a refund should be considered the only recourse, a refund shall be granted according to the refund policy.

2. Grant of Refund
Refunds are granted in two cases:
a) WebMSys was not able to deliver hosting to the client as specified in our SMA.
b) Client is not happy with service and requests a refund witnin 90 days of service activation.

3. Steps to request Refund
1. The first thing to do is to go to the WebMSys® web site and log into your Web Media Station Account.

2. Once there you must send an email to the Administrator to cancel your service. This will act as your support ticket as proof of requesting a cancellation & refund.

3. The WebMSys® staff will thne take care of your refund request witnin 48 hours.

4. Important Policies
1. Refund amounts which are less than $20 will be refunded to Credit Card. Check payments require a minimum refund value of $20.00.
2. If Client forgets or fails to cancel the service before the expiration date and the service is extended, the client wil be charged until the service is properly cancelled and a refund is requested, as outlined above - even if the sercide was not used during that period.
3. Failure to use the service - and there was no technical problem under WebMSys's control that prevented the client form using the service - will not qualify the client for additional credit days.
4. Overpayment - i.e. when the client forgets to cancel an account subscription for a cancelled service will be refunded in full.
5. Days credited for downtime or service interruptions may not be exchanged for monetary value.
